We have now settled into the new term and the children are enjoying life in their new classes. Speaking with the teachers they have been delighted with the attitude, conduct and general willingness of the children to get involved in all aspects of school life. Already, we have celebrated Roald Dahl Day and enjoyed several visitors to school including the fantastic Rock steady Crew. Next week we welcome an Olympic athlete into school to look at ways of staying fit and healthy and in a few weeks time we will be enjoying a theatre production which deals with anti bullying themes. So, lots to look forward to. 

You may have noticed that we have have had lots of work done to our school building over the summer including having: the outside of school painted, the key stage two playground resurfaced and refurbishment of our entrance and link corridor. In the next few weeks, we will be looking to reinstall artwork done by our children and also introduce a new themed wall which encapsulates our school values(photographs to follow.)
